1- As we are interested in serving you in a better way, please cash your balance of cash amounts gained within a period not exceeding 36 months, starting from the date of purchase transaction.

2- Non-use of the Card for 3 consecutive months shall stop the Card.

3- Items that have special offers or discounted are exempted from the invoice of your purchases, and no cash balances shall be added to your card against these purchases.

4- Iktissab Card is Loyalty Card and used for the general purchases, collect the cash balance and cash the same, while its use for only special offers will terminate it.

5- Using the card refers to your approval on the conditions, and Iktissab shall be entitled to amend or change these conditions without referring to the customer.

6- Iktissab maintains its right to terminate subscription or balance without referring to the customer.

7- The Company reserves the rights to cancel the program at any time without notifying the customer.
